 Getting a Quote
To quote business with EIB, you need to ask yourself a series of questions and/or provide the relevant information. Please follow the questionnaire below.
- Find and complete an Application for the risk you wish to submit for consideration.
- Provide a complete narrative describing the insured's operations.
- Provide a claims history warranty or five-year claims loss runs.
- Provide any supplemental applications, contracts, warranties, etc., needed to underwrite the risk
(including a Broker Affidavit).
- Any additional information as may be requested by the underwriters to quote a risk.
No risks are bound until expressly accepted by EIB, upon receipt of all requested information and the return of the applicable premium.
