 Commercial Auto Liability
EIB places coverage for automobiles used for business purposes, including taxicabs and medical transport vehicles, with customizable options for the insured's specific needs in
select states. We presently cannot place Commercial Auto coverage in any state we lack authority as an authorized insurer or in Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan,
Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, South Carolina, or Tennessee.

What to Submit

- A signed application. Be sure to include requested limits of liability and an indication of whether Personal Injury Protection,
Underinsured Motorist Protection, and/or Uninsured Motorist Protection is required.
- Signed Representations and Warranties if an application other than EIB's application is used.
- A schedule of vehicles to be insured, including year, make and model, VIN,
cash value of the vehicle and radius of operation.
- A schedule of drivers to be insured, including name, date of birth,
driver license number and state of issue for each driver.
- A claims history warranty or five-year claims loss runs.
- Due Diligence Affidavit evidencing reasonable effort to place insurance coverage in an admitted market.
- A list of all state financial responsibility filings required.
